Case update: Legal clarification successful

Are wind turbines for self-supply in outdoor areas privileged under the German Building Code or does this only apply to large wind turbines that feed into the public grid? Thanks to the AEQUIFIN sponsors, this fundamental legal question has been clarified by the higher courts in favor of small wind turbines.

In the meantime, a second case has already been decided in favor of the plaintiffs by the Rheinland-Pfalz Higher Administrative Court.
